I'm Caren Lloyd Wallace, NSCA Tactical, Strength, Conditioning Facilitator, and NASM Certified Personal Trainer.  

Tactical? I train members of the tactical community including police officers, firefighters, soldiers, and emergency medical personnel, to name a few. I work with individuals whose lives and their ability to save or protect ours depend on their ability to perform often amazing physical feats in adverse conditions. To do this effectively, they have to be functionally fit.

Flexibility, strength, and efficiency of movement are crucial when your job is physical, fast-paced, and full of surprises. My mission is to provide the training and physical conditioning to get you there. I offer programs and nutrition coaching specifically designed for your professional requirements - both in your physical fitness test and in the field.

Not ready to return to a gym yet? I am a certified online trainer with both 8 and 12-week progressive programs, or can design a personalized workout plan just for you based on your goals and the equipment (or household items) available to you.
